Thick Cucumber raita


Ingredients:


Cucumber-1 medium
Thick yogurt-1.5 cups
Salt-to taste
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Chat masala-1/2 tsp
Black salt-1/4 tsp

Method:


1. Grate cucumber in a bowl.
2. Add yogurt and mix well.
3. Add all the spices listed, mix well. Taste and adjust spices accordingly.
4. Enjoy with biryani or just fall and jeera rice.
