Buttermilk

Ingredients:


Plain yogurt-1/2 cup
Water-1 cup
Salt-pinch
Sugar-1 tsp
Jal Jeera-2 tsp
Black salt-1/2 tsp

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender. Adjust salt/sugar/jal jeera according to your taste. Add more water/yogurt according to your consistency. You can also add corriander.
