Chia seed pudding


Ingredients:


Chia seeds-2 tbsp
Honey-1 tbsp
Milk-1/2 cup
Frozen mixed fruits-1 cup

Method:


1. Mix all ingredients in a jar and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy delicious and healthy pudding for breakfast!!

Mint charu


Ingredients:


Mint-1 cup
Tamarind-lemon size ball
Oil-2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Dried Red chillies-2
Hing-pinch
Garlic-3 cloves
Curry leaves-1 spring
Turmeric-1/4 tsp
Tomato-1
Salt-to taste
Pepper-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Corriander-to garnish

Method:


1. Grind mint leaves with 1 cup of water. Extract juice and keep it aside.
2. Soak tamarind and extract its juice. Keep it aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin and mustard seeds. After they splatter, add garlic, curry leaves, hing, red chillies and turmeric. Cook for 30 sec.
4. Add chopped tomato, cover the lid and cook it until mushy.
5. Add tamarind and mint water to the pan and bring it to a boil.
6. Add pepper, cumin powde and garnish with corriander.
7. Serve it with rice!

Ingredients:


Cantaloupe-1 cup
Milk-3/4 cup
Dates-3
Almonds-8
Cashews-8

1. Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy this super delicious smoothie to cool down in summer!

Paneer Kathi Roll

Ingredients:


Paneer-200 g
Capsicum-1 small
Onion-1/2 medium
Tomato-1/2 medium
Oil-1 tbsp
Lemon-1 tbsp
Corriander-to garnish

Marinade:

Thick Yogurt-1/2 cup 
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Chilly powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Besan-1/2 tsp
Chaat masala-1 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Kasuri methi-1/2 tsp
Salt-to taste


For roll:

Roti-6
Corriander chutney-2 tsp per roti

Method:


1. Add curd to a bowl and mix all ingredients listed under 'Marinade' till smooth.
2. Cut paneer, capsicum, onion and tomato into 1/2 in pieces and add them to the marinade. Toss gently and let it sit for 30 min inside refrigerator. 
3. Heat a non-stick tava, grease it with oil and cook paneer, veggie mix. 
4. Cook for 5-7 min or until water disappears on a medium flame. Heat the mix on high flame for 30 sec-1 min if the mixture becomes very watery. Stir gently in between and make sure the marinade doesn't stick to the pan.
5. Turn off the stove, add lemon, mix and keep it aside.
6. Make a roti and apply coriander chutney on one side of it. Add paneer tikka masala, onions (optional) to the center of the roti, roll it up and enjoy!

Apple Pancakes


Ingredients


Apple shredded-1 cup
Maida-1 1/4 cup
Baking powder-1 1/4 tsp
Sugar-1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder-1/4 tsp
Egg-1
Milk-1 1/4 cup
Butter melted-1/4 cup

Method


1. Mix all dry ingredients and make sure there are no lumps. Alternatively, sift all dry ingredients.
2. In a separate bowl, melt butter, add egg, milk, shredded apple and mix.
3. Now transfer wet ingredients to dry and mix just until combined.
4. Heat a girdle and add a spoonful of batter. Cook on low flame on both sides till brown.
